Advanced Mfg Engineer II (Finance)

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Nebraska City, Nebraska location on an On-site work schedule.

Your contributions will lead to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality in our manufacturing operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
