IDD DIVISION DIRECTOR (Security)

Career Details:
We are seeking a passionate Division Director to lead and coordinate Alvis Developmental Disabilities (DD) Line of Service by overseeing DD Program Directors and working closely with the Chief Operating Officer to develop, implement, and manage new community-based programs. This role includes responsibility for program budgets, policies, and participant engagement, while ensuring alignment with the agencys therapeutic culture. The Division Director will also provide direction to program management and other professional staff as needed.

Additional Details:
Oversees assigned Developmental Disabilities (DD) programs and facilities by developing, implementing, and evaluating program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal standards, while providing guidance on complex cases involving safety or behavioral risks. Maintains confidentiality of client and staff information, supervises staff operations including hiring and performance management, and ensures consistency in interpreting policies and contracts. Acts as a community advocate to promote positive relationships and assists with inspections, investigations, and interactions with external entities such as DODD and county DD agencies. Additionally, reviews program statistics and trends to support operational goals and ensure service effectiveness.
