Marketing Specialist, Graphic Designer (Finance)

The Prudential Long Term Care team is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and experienced Marketing Specialist with graphic design skills to join our Long Term Care team. This role will support the Marketing and Communications Manager in creating effective policyholder communications and provide creative design for an internal website dedicated to our well-being and aging program. The ideal candidate will take a leadership role ensuring all design elements align with our value proposition and corporate brand guidelines. You will be essential to the continued success of our newly launched Prudential PeakĀ® Well-being portal.
This will be a hybrid role based out of Fort Washington, PA. For exceptionally well-qualified candidates, Virtual working arrangement may be considered, with expectation of travel as required.

What we offer you:
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $72,900.00 to $108,600.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
