This position is located in our Irvine, CA, Buffalo, NY or Mississauga, Canada office with opportunity to be on a hybrid schedule and a few days remote per week.

About our Team:

The Strategic Initiatives team works closely with Global Platform Group and regional Go to Market executives to define and execute strategies across the globe that increase platform value, accelerate business transformation, and optimize resources for our organization, our partners, and our industry. Our work focuses on two key areas:

Your role:

  • Capability R&D to seize new opportunities with future platform capabilities across the market, industry, and Ingram Micro
  • Harnessing platform capabilities to drive strategic value with our partners, increase market share, and enable entry into new markets
  • Our work requires consultative expertise and a sophisticated blend of project management rigor, strategic foresight, and interpersonal finesse. Our success is empowered by a diverse skill set that enables us to navigate complex organizational landscapes, drive significant change, and deliver impactful results.
  • Responsible for planning and managing company resources to execute project components from design phase through implementation
  • Interprets requirements and converts to deliverables
  • Identifies and communicates project scope and ensures project milestones and objectives are met
  • Ensures effective communication between technical and non-technical functions
  • Coordinates project schedules, monitors budgets and assigns tasks.
  • Keeps management informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected business results
  • This role can be highly cross-functional and operates across multiple disciplines
  • Development of business cases and strategies
  • Initiative management of transformational projects, including cross-functional pilots to identify and test ability to create value and/or efficiencies
  • Executive status communication and consultation

What you bring to the role:

  • Four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field)
  • 8+ years of total work experience with a minimum of 5 years project management experience; PMI certification(s) are a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology
  • Business transformation & consultative experience is helpful

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $110,600.00 - $188,100.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
