Sales Analyst, Interiors Group (Finance)

The Sales Analyst is a key member of the Sales and Business Development Team responsible for supporting our direct and indirect sales teams and major corporate accounts. The Sales Analyst will report to the Manager, Corporate Accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales performance
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to support forecasting and planning.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize product or service mix
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely updates and documentation
  • Process sales orders and monitor progress through production, delivery, and installation phases
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for leadership
  • Liaise with procurement and operations teams to align sales commitments with production capacity
  • Manage key customer or sales projects
  • Make outbound sales calls and qualify potential opportunities
  • Support sales team in organizing trade shows, client presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Qualifications include:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales or sales support role, preferably in a project-based industry
  • Hard Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Business travel limited but required at times for key industry events or customer meetings
