As a Sr. HR Director for Commercial & Technology Functions in Building Automation (BA), you will have a transformative impact on our business. You and your team will directly support the BA Chief Commercial Officer, BA Chief Strategy Officer, BA Chief Technology Officer and BA Chief Information Officer. You will drive transformation throughout the business including creating and owning the HR strategy to enable growth, operational efficiency, and unlock valuable insights for organization. Your strategic vision and guidance will shape the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, enabling us to attract, develop, and retain top talent. With your expertise in HR practices and regulations, you will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. You will report directly to our Building Automation HR VP and you will work out of our Atlanta, Georgia location on a Hybrid work schedule.
