- Create personalized, evidence-based care plans that meet clinical and regulatory standards
- Deliver rehabilitative treatments, adjusting plans based on patient progress
- Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to provide holistic support
- Maintain clear, professional documentation to ensure quality care
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license (or license-eligible)
- Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
