VytlOne (formerly Maxor National Pharmacy Services) is seeking a full time-day shift, bilingual Spanish speaking certified pharmacy technician to work in a clinic-based pharmacy at North Texas Area Community Health Center Pharmacy. We are looking for a compassionate and competent professional with a drive to succeed. NTACHC offers a full range of quality family-oriented comprehensive primary and preventive services, including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OB-GYN, family planning services, prenatal care, behavioral care services (depression and anxiety counseling) and health education promotion and disease prevention services.The clinic is designated a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and the pharmacy is managed by VytlOne, headquartered in Amarillo, TX.

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. This document in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position):
- Greet customers and take prescription orders
- Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
- Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
- Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
- Answer the phone
- Input customer information into the computer system
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Current TX Pharmacy Technician registration
- Minimum of 2 years' Pharmacy Tech experience in a retail pharmacy
- Above average customer service skills
- Computer experience
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care
- BILINGUAL SPANISH IS REQUIRED
- Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently
- Nationally certified by PTCB (or ability to be certified within 6 months - VytlOne will assist you in obtaining!)
