Job Description
The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for providing cross-functional project management on behalf of the Global Services Business Unit (GSBU) in support of launching new product introductions and executing key strategic initiatives. The Sr. Project Manager is the primary liaison between Intuitive's Engineering teams / Engineering PMO and the Field Service, Technical Support, Customer Success, and Service Operations teams supporting each product. With the development and introduction of new products, the Sr. Project Manager identifies service strategies, service requirements, risks, deliverables, and schedules. The incumbent leads a cross-functional effort to execute GSBU's readiness to the project plan. The Sr. Project Manager will tightly align with upstream/downstream business partners supporting a specific Intuitive product line. The success of the Services Program Management team is mission critical to the success of the worldwide Services business unit. This is where your leadership, hands-on experience supporting global service organizations, experience in software development, fascination with robotics, and passion for leading change within a complex, fast-paced, highly regulated environment can make a direct impact.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.
Base Salary Range Region 1: $167,400 USD - $241,000 USD
Base Salary Range Region 2: $142,400 USD - $204,800 USD
Shift: Day
