Seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager with a strong focus on general project management and financial expertise. The ideal candidate will have proven success in managing budgets, forecasting, resource scheduling, and ensuring large scale projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget. This role requires a solid background and skillset in the construction project management process/Division 28/Engineering of Access Controls, Security, CCTV, Fire Alarm or related projects in order to successfully lead the planning and implementation of security integration projects . Incumbent must be able to maintain strong professional relationships and utilize solid communication skills and organizational/multi-tasking capabilities to manage multiple, competing priorities. Our PM's have complete responsibility for project performance, customer satisfaction, and taking projects from start to finish.

This job operates primarily in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May occasionally require business travel.
