Front of the House Dining Manager (Project Management)

We are seeking a Front of the House Dining Manager for our culinary team.
The Front of House Dining Manager plays a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. This role is responsible for managing all front-of-house operations and staff.
In addition, the manager will oversee, direct, and coordinate training for the front of the house team to achieve key objectives including food presentation, service and employee retention.
This position will require management responsibilities, including scheduling, payroll and maintenance of point-of-sale system.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities with an emphasis on being a positive motivator and leader as well as working with the management team to create and maintain a positive operational culture.
Typical schedule is Sunday 7 am to 3:30 pm and Monday through Thursday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Occasional holiday and special events upon request.

REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent
Adhere to Indiana Department of Health regulations and guidelines.
3 or more years of restaurant experience or independent/assisted living dining experience.
1 or more years of supervisor, management or other leadership experience.
Familiar with commercial kitchen equipment, preferred.
Must possess computer skills. Proficient in Word and Excel and Point of Sale system.
