Chocolate Production Associate, 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11:00pm), Jackson, MI (Manufacturing)

2nd Shift is Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm
Choice Labs, LLC is a rapidly growing medical and recreational cannabis processing center specializing in top-quality cannabis extracts with a solid focus on manufacturing a broad range of high-quality products within our brand and across multiple brand lines. Because of this growth, we are searching for new talent to be part of our hard-working and highly motivated team for our 2nd shift. This is a full time position.
Essential Duties:
Run cooking machinery and equipment to cook chocolate from scratch using established recipes. Fill different molds to predetermined weights. Keep inventory and records on all materials and equipment. Visually inspect all finished products and verify package counts. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Communicate quality concerns to department manager. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all company standards, state policies and regulations. All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be age 21 or older (required by law)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Excellent Attention to detail and capable of staying focused
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced, changing and challenging environment
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Trustworthy and honest character with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to relay information quickly and efficiently.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team
- ServSafe certified, or within 30 days of employment
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for a minimum of 7 hours.
- Reliability is a must. Attendance is very important!
- A great attitude is a must!
