MAINTENANCE/ADMIN SUPPORT (Finance)

    Minimum Position Qualifications:
    • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
    • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite with proficiencies in Excel and Power Point.
    • Ability to handle confidential information
    • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, present information in a professional manner and work with all levels of the organization.
    • Proven personal initiative and follow through to completion.
    • Excellent communication skills and diplomacy when dealing with people.
    • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    Essential Job Functions:
    • Coordinate routine emails, calendar entries, meetings, travel and various other assignments.
    • Prepare expense reports, ensuring all proper documentation is attached. Review department expense reports, including any needed follow up with associates before submitting reports for manager approval.
    • Assist managers with communications for associates as requested.
    • Schedule and send notifications of associate training meetings. Monitor and track training hours charged to training wage accounts.
    • Provide communications to associates regarding benefit changes.
    • Order supplies from vendors.
    • Pay and track accounting and invoices.
    • Maintain associate records.
    • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
