Agile Product Owner Senior Manager -Accredo-Hybrid (Finance)



The Agile Product Owner Senior Manager is responsible for a team supporting Business Product Ownership for Express Scripts and Accredo front end and back-end fulfilment Pharmacy Operations and Strategic Initiatives.This position utilizes financial, technical and operational aptitude and experience to provide business support to ensure satisfaction with technology products, systems and services in alignment with Express Scripts and Accredo objectives.

Summary: Oversees various cross-functional technology project requests within the Business Product Operations organization. Assist with ensuring project requirements, and the development and execution of approved initiatives are delivered to optimize the value proposition of the department. Manages deadlines and overall success of projects from beginning to end.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide business direction for cross-functional, operational, strategic and/or tactical initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team member's activities to ensure that designated projects and relevant tasks are completed on time to support the project team's efforts
  • Partner with the Chief Business Product Owner (CBPO) to defineand communicatea vision, strategy,roadmapand backlogfor new and existing products in the Backend fulfilment and Front end pharmacy areas .
  • Identify cross-functional business team members based on project request. Gather and analyze data, develop queries, document requirements, track action items via a project plan, and provide status reports. Ensure proper processes are met and documented by responsible team and business lead.
  • Manages team responsible for timely completion of projects and communicating with leadership on roadblocks and changing priorities.
  • Responsible for delivery and success of assigned projects. Optimizes results within business and time constraints. Partner with cross-functional project team to assess status, support escalated issues, as they arise and drive resolution.
  • Serves as a leader and escalation point to team BPOs in support of capability roadmap visioning and capability delivery.
  • Assist in the establishment of the strategic direction while acting as liaison between business and technology to execute initiatives, resolve issues, monitor results and provide status update.
  • Accountable for completing financial analysis with resource management partner and tracking savings/benefit results with leadership.
  • Facilitate delivery of technology projects and assist others in gathering and documenting requirements for large/complex technology initiatives.
  • Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Financial forecasting and project justification experience preferred
  • Experience working in an agile environment preferred
  • Understanding of home delivery and specialty fulfilment operations and processes highly preferred
  • PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to handle analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions
  • Strong business and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and inspire team members.
  • Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service, technical, analytical, presentation skills and communication skills required.
  • Ability to effectively operate within a fast pace, dynamic organization
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationship across the organization
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 126,600 - 211,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
