Sr. Manager, Fixed Site Recruitment (Finance)

As the Sr. Manager, Fixed Site Recruitment your impact is vital.

You will oversee fixed site recruitment, managing Tele-Recruitment and/or other assigned staff to achieve annual and monthly team goals, in coordination with national marketing, contact center and communications initiatives. This position assists the Sr. Director to achieve recruitment objectives by developing market penetration plans, planning recruitment strategies and increasing blood donations.

You Will Get To

  • Hire, supervise, train and evaluate performance of staff and will identify and resolve personnel issues.
  • Develop special programs to respond to business and/or department needs.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans, including territory alignment and goal setting.
  • Work with business resources to monitor center resource allocation and adherence to scheduling guidelines through calendar management to ensure effective utilization of staff.
  • Coordination with other department functional areas (special events, public relations and media, marketing, communications, contact center, mobile donor recruitment staff, volunteer management and fund raising.
  • Develop an annual recruitment plan for meeting assigned collection goals.
Compensation for this role will be commensurate with your years of relevant experience and geographic location in alignment with our compensation structure.

Salary range shown corresponds to National Office.

Requirements

Knowledge/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in related field required.
Licenses/Certifications:
  • Valid in-state driver's license required.
Experience:
  • Five years related experience required. To Include:
    • Two years supervisory experience required.
