What will I be doing?
A Cook Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Chef in all culinary activities, and ensuring the kitchen operates in an efficient manner while maintaining our quality standards. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Assisting in seasonal menu creation and designing new dishes, labor management, training culinary team members, product purchasing, inventory systems management, food production lists and communication of company policies and procedures.
