π©Ί What You'll Be Doing:
As an LVN on our team, you'll be a critical part of delivering exceptional resident care and smooth facility operations. You'll:

Lead and supervise nursing assistants during your shift

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
β
Document care thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records
β
Participate in admissions, discharges, and resident assessments
β
Collaborate with other departments and the interdisciplinary team
β
Monitor residents' conditions and report significant changes
β
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
β
Be a comforting presence to residents and families
βοΈ What We're Looking For:
- Current LVN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of LTC/SNF experience preferred
- Familiarity with PCC (PointClickCare) is a must
- Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills
- Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to excellence in care
