Director, Behavioral Health Services (Personal Services)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plans, designs and implements Clubhouse Model services to engage members in work-ordered day activities to support individual goals implementation and progress consistent with Goodwills mission, Clubhouse accreditation standards, and strategic plan.

2. Ensures Clubhouse psychosocial rehabilitation services promote and evidence person centered planning, self-determination, self- empowerment, community integration and quality of life enhancement philosophy and principles.

3 Directs services to achieve compliance with contract, grant and expected performance measurement outcomes. Ensure corrective action is implemented as required. Prepare reports as required by internal and external entities.

4. Develops annual Clubhouse goals and objectives with members in accordance with the organizations business and strategic objectives. Monitors all programs and contract(s) to ensure work ordered day activities are implemented according to established impact and outcome measures.

5. Develops the annual program operating budget. Manages operations and monitors monthly financial performance to ensure positive operating financial results in accordance with program budget plan.

6. Responsible for interviewing, orientation, training and supervision of Clubhouse staff. Develop strategies and processes to support staff professional development.

7. Ensures staff accountability for members work-ordered day program delivery in accordance with each individuals person-centered goals.

8. Ensures interactions with members, staff and significant others to foster internal and external services excellence.

9. Ensures an active and engaged advisory council to provide financial, legal, legislative, employment development, member and community support and advocacy for the Clubhouse.

10. Assists division administration to implement quality measurement techniques and methods for reporting and documentation. Ensures staff compliance with required program reporting, service delivery and electronic and manual progress case documentation and tracking.

11. Oversees the development of the Clubhouse marketing plan to effectively promote all related services to current and potential members for program expansion.

12. Represents the organization with collaborating and partnering agencies in the development of needed services. Attends and participates in meetings, conferences, and other relevant external meetings as a representative of the organization.

13. Ensures services and staff compliance with all organizations administrative policies and procedures, contractual requirements, accreditation, licensing, recipient rights and other applicable regulatory standards.

14. Participates in self-sponsored and organization-sponsored professional development opportunities to enhance leadership skills and to stay abreast of best practices within the Clubhouse and behavioral health services profession.

15. Performs other related duties as assigned.
