Financial Analyst - Sales Commissions (Manufacturing)



Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective business analysis.
  • Administer periodic commission calculations and analysis across ORBIS Corporation while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Support annual quota setting and compensation letter processes.
  • Prepare monthly sales reporting metrics to support strategic sales initiatives.
  • Month end closing and financial statement analysis.
  • Financial analysis on capital projects.
  • Perform general ledger account reconciliation.
  • Serve as a resource on product costs and variance analysis.
  • Prepare special reports and project support as the need arises.
  • Proactive role in driving business's periodic forecasting and budgeting activities.
  • Primary financial resource support for assigned function.
  • Position incumbent will execute the quality policy and appropriate procedures as defined by their direct manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification :

Level Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance

Level Desire

Master's Degree in Accounting

  • CPA

Description

Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education requirement.

Work Experience:

Required

Prior Accounting experience 1-3 years

Strong experience with Microsoft Excel

Desired

SAP experience

Tableau/Hyperion experience
