Sr Data Architect Manager (Finance)
As a Senior Data Architect Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in guiding the design and implementation of data architecture solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency to facilitate the organization's strategic goals and drive data-driven decision-making. You will report directly to our 1 and work out of our 2 location on a 3 work schedule.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data architecture or a related field
- Prior experience in a managerial or guiding role, overseeing a team of data architects
- Strong understanding of data architecture ethics, methodologies, and best practices
- Proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and data management tools and technologies
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and efficient data architecture solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong guiding and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in cloud-based data architecture solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality management practices
- Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is a plus
- Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Certifications in data architecture or related areas
- Lead a team of data architects in designing and implementing data solutions
- Define and implement data architecture best practices and standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data governance practices
- Drive innovation in data management and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data architecture
