Liquid Supplier Administrator (Manufacturing)

The Liquid Supplier Administrator has the responsibility of coordinating liquid suppliers, purchase orders, invoices and scheduling.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain weekly purchase orders for FDL liquid suppliers, ensuring accuracy of quantities, pricing, and delivery dates in alignment with production needs.

  • Collaborate with corporate A/P to match, code, and process invoices for inbound liquid raw materials, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner to avoid payment delays

  • Maintain effective and timely communication with suppliers regarding order status, shipment tracking, invoice issues, and delivery adjustments to support uninterrupted operations.

  • Maintain and administer the FDL liquid protein schedule, adjusting for production changes and coordinating closely with team.

  • Serve as the primary back-up for the liquid receiving coordinator.

  • Book OP10 production into System21 accurately and promptly, ensuring system data reflects real-time production outcomes for inventory and reporting accuracy.

  • Perform general administrative responsibilities as needed including miscellaneous filing, distributing and sending faxes.

Position Requirements:

  • Previous experience in inventory control and purchasing in a manufacturing environment.

  • Hands on knowledge of process improvement manufacturing tools preferred.

  • Strong project management, interpersonal and analytical skills with excellent knowledge of computer business systems and their applications.

  • Strong Communication and organizational skills.
