Position Summary:
The General Manager, AMR South will be the face of the Illumina organization, setting out the strategic direction for the South sub-region (including but not limited to: AR, LA, MS, TN, AL, GA, FL, WV, DC Area, and Carolinas) and ensuring alignment of all Illumina functions in the geography.
A strategic, empowered leader who can drive the success of our business to support our local markets with local resourcing to maximize market opportunities. This leader is responsible for all customers within the geography across all customer segments.
This leader will be one of five General Managers driving Illumina's business in the US.

Direct reports: District Sales Managers, Inside Sales Manager, Sequencing Specialist Manager, and Corporate Accounts Sales Lead

The estimated base salary range for the General Manager (Senior Director), Americas - US South role based in the United States of America is: $201,100 - $301,700. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
