Director, Editorial Business Development (Creative Design)
Good Housekeeping is looking for a strategic and creative Editorial Business Development Director to help evolve and grow the brand across platforms. Reporting to the Digital Director, in this role, you'll support and direct the Senior Social Media Editor on the development and execution of brand-expanding initiatives across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Reddit) newsletters, branded content and GH+, the brand's growing membership program.
With a sharp editorial eye and a strong grasp of data-driven insights, you will work collaboratively with the editorial team as well as the video, creative and marketing teams, leading promotional rollout for high-impact tentpole moments, bringing creativity, structure and results-driven thinking to every initiative.
Ideal candidates are experienced digital leaders with a background in editorial development, audience strategy, branded content execution and an interest in brand marketing. You are equal parts strategic and creative, passionate about storytelling, obsessed with growth and performance and thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments. You bring a deep understanding of social platforms, newsletters and affiliate-driven content, manage high-visibility partnerships and build impactful off-platform brand and promotional programs.

Compensation: The base salary for this role is between $116,000-$130,000.. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Location: This role is currently based in the NYC office at least 3 days a week. No remote option.
