Oxbow is currently seeking a Tax Manager to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the companys sales and use tax compliance, property tax compliance, and will lead additional value-added projects within the organization. Oxbow Calcining LLC is currently looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team in Enid, OK. This position will be responsible for the maintenance of plant equipment and facilities to ensure maximum contribution to the safety, quality and productivity of the plant.
Job Duties
Adhere to Oxbows Health & Safety Policies.Understand and comply with all applicable International Standards Organization (ISO) requirements for the facility, including OSHA, environmental regulations, and quality standards.Diagnose, repair, and calibrate machinery as needed.Perform maintenance and operation tasks relating to mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic systems, and preventive maintenance.Maintain awareness of safety protocols and promptly report safety concerns to the supervisor or Safety Coordinator.Collaborate with plant maintenance personnel and contractors to complete tasks safely and efficiently.Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.Contribute to process efficiency by identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks.Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives relevant to job functions.Communicate maintenance performance and follow directives from the maintenance supervisor.Complete work orders, documenting time, tasks, and required parts or supplies.Update documentation regarding changes to machinery and equipment.Conduct maintenance duties as required, both on-call and as scheduled.Assist management with special projects, workflow improvements, and other assigned tasks.Participate in plant health and safety activities, such as committee meetings, inspections, toolbox talks, job safety analysis (JSAs), incident/near miss investigations, and formal monthly safety training.Operate mobile equipment necessary for material or parts handling (including man lifts, forklifts, and work trucks).
