Director - Treasury (Finance)



Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. No weekends or holidays. Applicants hired into this position can work hybrid from WI or IL. When in the office you work at 7974 UW Health Court, Middleton, WI

We are seeking a Director Treasury to:

  • Manage and track a 1.9 Billion dollar investment portfolio.
  • Lead our regular bond reporting and financing activities.
  • Actively manage cash balances.
  • Collaborate on philanthropy efforts with our development team and the UW Foundation.
  • Work closely with our financial teams on month-end reporting and needed journal entries.
  • Partner with our banking and investment partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject area such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration Required
  • Master's Degree in a relevant subject area such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration Preferred

Work Experience

  • 5 years relevant experience in the management of accounting or Treasury Required
  • Experience in a large academic or complex health program that included Accounting or Treasury services Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Preferred
