Student Assistant (Finance)



Cyber Florida at USF is seeking a student to support our Outreach and Marketing team. role offers hands-on experience in both marketing execution and the operational processes that drive it, with a specific focus on CRM management, data analysis, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to improving data quality and operational efficiency.

  • Marketing Operations: Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and online advertising. Assist with the setup and monitoring of automated marketing workflows.
  • CRM Data Hygiene: Maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of our CRM database by performing regular data audits, deduplicating records, standardizing data fields, and filling in missing information.
  • Database Management: Assist in importing new data sets and ensuring they adhere to established data governance rules. Help manage and segment contact lists for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in generating reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and analyze key marketing metrics. Document and report on key findings related to data quality and campaign results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and program teams to support alignment on processes and data quality.
  • Process Improvement: Document CRM and marketing operations processes to ensure consistency and assist with training. Contribute ideas for process enhancements that improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the overall mission, goals, and objectives of the Florida Center for Cybersecurity.
