Are you passionate about building relationships and making a difference in the lives of others? Linwood Meadows Care Center is seeking its next Admissions Director to join our leadership team!
In this rewarding and fast-paced role, you'll partner with our admissions team to identify and admit new residents to our skilled nursing facility. We're looking for someone who is organized, driven, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and manage the admissions process from inquiry to intake
- Collaborate with hospitals, families, and referral sources to ensure timely placement
- Evaluate referrals for appropriateness and collaborate with clinical teams
- Support census development through relationship building and community outreach
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to admissions
- Represent Linwood Meadows as a key member of the facility's management team
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Competitive, positive, and self-motivated
- Familiar with healthcare and skilled nursing terminology
- Previous admissions, marketing, or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Competitive hourly wage ($25-$33 depending on experience)
