Sales Operations Analyst (Legal)

Job Description:
As a Sales Operations Analyst you‘ll drive strategic, data-driven decisions, partnering with our London/Paris based EMEA sales leadership team and a US East coast-based specialty sales leadership team to support sales strategies and execution.
Essential Job Responsibilities
The Sales Ops Analyst will work closely with Sales Leaders to provide consultation and support in managing operations, reporting, analytics and process deployment aspects of the supported sales teams.
The analyst will be expected to identify areas for continuous improvement, apply critical thinking to solve issues, and report on metrics that drive sales performance
Generate insights through visualizations and advanced analytics
Monitor, investigate, and analyze sales data to provide a complete picture of sales productivity, revenue and activities
Develop narratives and recommendations from analyses, build presentations, and present findings to stakeholders
Identify the need for new processes, clarify goals and responsibilities, and lead implementation and improvement efforts
Work with other sales teams and functional areas across Epiq
Ad hoc requests, as necessary
Location: Eastern Time Zone
May require an occasional early start due to support of London-based team
Systems: Salesforce.com (required), Outreach (desired),
Specific responsibilities include:
Weekly
Lead process of pulling together weekly bookings forecast for EMEA region
Production and distribution of Weekly Sales Report (wins, losses, pipeline, key pursuits results, new opportunities, activity tracking and coordinating input from other functional areas)
Pipeline management and hygiene
Facilitate SFDC cases and ensure proper resolution
Assist with lead management
Monthly
Facilitate monthly sales reporting package for International and Global sales results
Tracking of monthly attainment versus Annual Operating Plan sales related metrics
Ensuring account reviews by all EMEA sales associates are performed and tracking to quarterly / annual targets
Book-to-bill analysis to understand revenue yield and/or delays of closed-won deals
Quarterly
Review of accounts with no activity to make recommendations for re-assignment
Sales associate Quarterly Business Reviews scheduling, planning and template development
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in sales operations or related field.

The Compensation range for this role is 70,000.00 to 100,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
