Social Media Creator/Manager (Personal Services)

PTCE, Inc. is searching for a creative powerhouse to join our marketing team--someone who can both mastermind our social media strategy and visually bring those ideas to life. Think of yourself as equal parts brand strategist, visual storyteller, and community builder. Your mission: make our brands impossible to ignore across every platform and touchpoint.

What You'll Be Doing:

Social Media Strategy & Execution

Manage and post content across social channels to keep feeds active and engaging.

Create and manage content calendars that keep our feeds fresh, and audiences engaged.

Build genuine community by engaging with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Monitor analytics to measure performance and shape future campaigns.

Stay plugged into the latest trends, shifts, and cultural moments, sharing insights with the team.

Visual Storytelling & Design

Create thumb-stopping, social-first content including graphics, short videos, and other assets

Research social, design, and industry trends, always tying creative choices back to strategic goals.

Present concepts, iterate on feedback, and refine content until they hit the mark.

Adapt and resize existing creative for social platforms.

Ensure visual consistency across all social assets.

Adapt quickly when priorities or projects shift (because they will).

Collaboration & Communication

Work independently when needed and seamlessly with the team when collaboration counts.

Share updates regularly and ask for feedback when needed.

Jump in on other creative projects to support broader marketing team.

What We're Looking For:

The Must-Haves

A Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

1-2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or organization (CPG, retail, or cannabis experience a major plus).

Proficiency with design and social content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.)

Strong design skills with an eye for clean, engaging visuals

Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt to a brand voice

Familiarity with platform analytics (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Organized and dependable--able to manage multiple projects, calendars and deadlines without dropping the ball

Must be 21+

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in retail, CPG, or cannabis industries

Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Social Pilot)

Comfort with light video editing or motion graphics

Basic understanding of social media compliance for regulated industries

Working Conditions

Work will be performed on a hybrid basis (in-office and virtual), with the ability to travel regularly within Washington State to visit retail locations, manufacturing facility, and offsite events for photography and videography.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work will be performed in a normal office setting, with regular travel to various sites for meetings and marketing field work. Noise levels in the office range from quiet to moderate, while work in the field may range from quiet to moderate to loud depending on sales site.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
• This position is classified as a sensitive Tribal position. Therefore, applicants must submit to and clear a preemployment criminal background check.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Frequent travel to and from various locations for marketing events and meetings.
