Process Supervisor (Finance)

Location: We have two locations in Harrisonburg, 2347 Kratzer Road and 1025 Willow Spring Road. This position has oversight of both locations.
Hours : Primarily Monday-Friday, Day Shift (with some evening/weekend availability as needed)

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance and building employees focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Manage maintenance and facilities-related projects with an eye for efficiency, communication, and cost control
• Oversee all plant equipment and building systems-implementing best practices for uptime, cleanliness (5S), and ISO standards
• Drive improvements across safety, people, quality, cost, and service metrics
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support production and improve throughput

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance experience (printing industry experience is a big plus!)
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within a manufacturing or print environment
• A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for operational excellence
