Grad asst (Finance)



As a Student Success Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging technology and data analytics to empower students in achieving their academic and career goals. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools such as Power BI and Tableau to collect and analyze data produced by student activities in the Bellini Professional Development Certification Program (the Program) for undergraduate Business students.
  • Conduct research and analysis on factors driving student engagement in the Program.
  • Conduct research on emerging trends in the practical application of AI in student engagement processes.
  • Develop innovative strategies and content for engaging students in Program activities and assignments.
  • Assist Program Director in implementing approved strategies and content in Program systems.
  • Present findings in visually compelling and organized formats to aid continued development of the Program.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Strong, agile learning desire and skills, with the ability to translate those to Program applications.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders on the Bellini Center team, and faculty as needed.
  • Passion for leveraging technology and data to drive student success.
Must be fully admitted in a graduate degree program; classified as a degree seeking graduate student, and meet the requirements of the graduate school. For some positions assigned to this class, special qualifications may be added to the minimum such as completion of a master's degree or a specified number of graduate credit hours.Working at USF
