Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced mature female Home Health Aide for the Millis area to assist one of our male clients who is a Veteran.

Available Shifts:
Tuesdays and Fridays 11a-3p

Job Description:
- Companion care, client is independent
- Encourage walking, exercising
- Providing stimulating conversation
- Activities
- Encourage fluid intake, documenting meals eaten
- Competently documenting shift activities digitally using a smartphone
- Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
