Premium Audit Supervisor (Finance)

What We're Offering:

  • Full-time Premium Audit Supervisor position in Oklahoma City, OK
  • Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) work schedule

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and support a team of premium auditors in office and/or field settings.
  • Monitor audit production to ensure timely and accurate completion in accordance with NCCI guidelines and state regulations.
  • Resolve complex policyholder disputes and respond to agent inquiries and complaints.
  • Conduct quality control assessments and review audits within your authority level.
  • Deliver the ACE (Audit Consultation and Education) program to educate policyholders on the audit process.
  • Perform in-house and field audits as needed, maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Plan and conduct auditor training and research premium audit topics.
  • Evaluate employee performance and ensure effective planning and scheduling of audit duties.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 9+ years of professional-level auditing or accounting experience; CPA designation may substitute 2 years of required experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of NCCI guidelines and state audit regulations.
  • Ability to travel for field audits as needed.
