ERM is seeking a Consultant, Salesforce to join our growing team in Manhattan, New York. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, and is comfortable collaborating across global time zones. A “get-it-done” attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for sustainability and technology are essential. 

RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS:

You'll support the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Net Zero Cloud projects and internal innovation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Configure Salesforce Net Zero Cloud and conduct system testing 

  • Cleanse, transform, and load data into Salesforce 

  • Contribute to solution design documentation and write user stories 

  • Develop internal assets and project accelerators 

  • Support integrations, version control, and CI/CD practices 

  • Use Jira to manage tasks and ensure delivery timelines are met 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and alignment 

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven team player

Support business development and practice growth as needed, including: 

  • Build client-facing demos and slide decks for workshops and presentations 

  • Participate in client meetings and manage project tasks and deliverables 

  • Assist with administrative tasks (e.g., meeting scheduling, documentation, invoicing)

  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a team-first mindset 

  • Ability to work across functions and manage ambiguity 

  • An effective and proactive communicator  

  • Willingness and ability to work with a global team across time zones 

  • Willingness to be in office 2-3 days a week

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, App Builder, or Technical Architect 

  • 2+ years experience in Salesforce implementation or consulting, with a strong understanding of Salesforce Flow Builder and integrations

  • Foundational knowledge of SOQL/SQL and data modeling 

  • Familiarity with APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools (e.g., Git) 

  • Strong API design and integration experience 

  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments 

  • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field

For the Consultant, Salesforce position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $80,000 – $96,000 (USD).  An employee's pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.  We also may have instances where employee's fall outside of the range based on the factors noted above. This job may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are NOT bonus eligible).
