Manager, Community Support (Administrative)

Reporting to the Director of Community Integration Services, the Community Supports Manager supports people with disabilities, behavioral challenges, medically complex needs, transitioning youth, and other populations who participate in day hab services/Residential services/Supported employment services within their community. This role will support individuals across the region that Humanim serves, coordinating person-centered planning activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maximizing the individuals participation in the person-centered planning process. This position will also be responsible for assisting the DD Division and stakeholders with applicable post PCP approval troubleshooting to resolve billing exceptions that are hindering Humanim and certified providers from billing in the LTSS Maryland - DDA Module.
