RN - BAYLOR/WEEKEND (Finance)



Heritage Hall has an immediate career opportunity for a Baylor/Weekend RN. This RN would work 2 - 16-hour shifts totaling 36 hours over the course of Friday/Saturday/Sunday. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced professional to make a positive difference in the geriatric population.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering day-to-day care to residents. They supervise the LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff on duty with them as well as participate in the direct care of the residents. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services to ensure the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. They are also responsible for administering medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.

RN - BAYLOR/WEEKEND Qualifications

  • Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
  • Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia
  • Experience in long-term care preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
  • Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
