This role shapes the direction of membership expansion, customer experience, and market presence, ensuring that business development and member services efforts reflect both long-term goals and day-to-day member needs.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the VP collaborates across departments, strengthens external partnerships, and advances The Alliance's mission to deliver high-value healthcare solutions.
