Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients by providing tailored commercial insurance solutions. The ideal candidate has strong sales acumen, in-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, and a passion for helping businesses protect their assets and operations.

Daily Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial insurance clients
Build and manage a book of prospective clients and maintain detailed records of activities and outcomes
Proactively identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities
Develop long - term relationships with clients by providing expert advice and exceptional service
Collaborate with account managers to design and present insurance plans tailored to the clients' needs.
Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality with client information and agency data
Consistently achieve and exceed established sales and production targets


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Licensing: Active property and casualty license required (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Knowledge of a wide range of commercial insurance products (e.g., general liability, commercial auto, workers' comp, property, cyber, etc.).


Skills & Competencies:

Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to assess risk and design complex insurance solutions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM and agency management systems
