We are seeking a People Insights & Analytics Specialist to join our People Insights Center of Excellence (CoE). Reporting to the Director of People Insights & Analytics, this role supports enterprise-wide talent analytics projects and translates workforce data into actionable insights. Responsibilities include the technical aspects of collecting, integrating and analyzing large sets of workforce data, building and maintaining analytical products, and preparing data illustrations, findings, and reports. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking and analytical skills to create automated solutions and scale delivery of workforce analytics to key stakeholders, aligning with business priorities.

The current employee work arrangement for this position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

What you can expect:

  • Support analytics projects from design and requirements gathering, to preparation of analyses, reports and communication of results.
  • Field data requests from business partners to help develop future strategic talent priorities and fulfill administrative, regulatory or business reporting needs (e.g., surveys, RFPs, 10K filings, etc.).
  • Offer insights and influence the development of reporting tools and dashboards/scorecards, ensuring they deliver meaningful, ongoing insights about the workforce.
  • Partner with People Insights team members to determine data needs that drive narratives and data-based storytelling.
  • Advise on strategies for improving data quality and explore opportunities for additional data collection across multiple systems to enhance decision-making processes.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Experience with any programming language manipulating data with a focus on process improvement and reproducibility, including but not limited to SAS, Python, R, SQL.
  • Experience and comfort with confidentiality around handling people data.

It'd be a plus if you had:

  • 1-3 years of relevant workforce analytics experience preferred; familiarity with at least one COE (compensation, talent acquisition, talent management, finance) a plus.
  • Workday HCM, ATS, and Workday Report Writing (advanced, matrix, composite) highly desirable.
  • Visier experience, including back-end knowledge (Visier developer certification/Extend/Enhance) preferred.

What we offer you:

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $92,400.00 to $137,400.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
