• Planning and leading fun, creative, and therapeutic activities for residents
• Organizing everything from bingo to live entertainment to holiday parties
• Getting to know residents and tailoring programs to their interests
• Coordinating with other departments to support holistic care
• Keeping documentation of participation and activity outcomes
• Spreading positivity, laughter, and community spirit throughout our facility!

✅ What You Bring:

• Experience in activity planning, recreation, or senior engagement
• Certificate not required but definitely a bonus
• A warm, outgoing personality and strong leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
