Senior Advanced Project Engineer (Finance)



Senior Advanced Project Engineer

You will report directly to GBE Program Management Leader and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering operations by driving project execution, optimizing processes, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage NPI Software Project Management end to end, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive project plans.

• Drive Key regional expansion programs, Upgrade/Migrate plan for Existing Install Base, driving key strategic customer pilot programs end to end for Proof of Value demonstration.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex engineering challenges.

• Collaborate with offering , software deployment leaders to ensure to update periodically the business NPI software scorecard with global and regional breakdown for connected applications NPI.

• Collaborate and handhold all x-functional teams from Offering, Engineering, Marketing, Deployment, Operations for successful launch and customer adoption.

• Drive roadmap realization through successful NPI execution which includes managing the early adopters with various cross functions / customers for value validation and business case realization.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of experience in advanced project management, demonstrating a consistent record of success in managing complex projects, software deployment, business management, managing SaaS based projects, customer funded projects.

• Expert knowledge of engineering principles and project management methodologies.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a focus on optimizing project delivery.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex engineering problems effectively.

The annual base salary range for this position is $131,000 - $164,00000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced engineering support or related roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
