Manager , OmniChannel Marketing (Finance)

The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 134,400.00 USD - 176,400.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

The Omni Channel Marketing Manager is a critical role responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies/plans that drive sales and grow market share for our Glade products across customers. The omni channel marketing manager will act as the primary Omni marketing liaison with our internal teams and key retail partners, ensuring seamless execution of marketing programs across both in-store and online channels. The omni channel marketing manager will have a strong understanding of the retail landscape and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful, integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop & Execute OmniChannel Marketing Strategies:

  • Create & execute successful omni marketing plans , aligned with brand/sales goals & objectives.
  • Understand retailer-specific goals, promotions, and customer/shopper insights.
  • Leverage shopper marketing opportunities (i.e., in-store, online/retail media, social, email).
  • Manage Omni Marketing budgets for optimal ROI/ROO.
  • Analyze market trends & competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Activate portfolio Price Pack Architecture (PPA) in partnership with NRM and Finance.
  • Develop and optimize channel mix strategies, leveraging insights from performance data and, where available, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMA) to maximize reach and effectiveness across the shopper journey.

In-Store Marketing Management:
  • Develop & execute unique, bold and impactful in-store marketing programs.
  • Own Omni creative briefing inputs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams for integrated and flawless in-store execution.
  • Analyze in-store performance (along with other 360 programs) to optimize future programs.

Online Marketing Management:
  • Develop & execute online marketing campaigns
  • Create content matrix for asset adoption.
  • Own PDP brief writing for NPDs.
  • Manage Digital Shelf
  • Stay current on e-commerce, digital trends & best practices.
  • Continuously optimize online channel performance, including retail media, search, and social, based on data analytics and A/B testing.

Collaboration & Communication:
  • Provide Sales and Distribution support and Trade and Merchandising support from an Omni/Shopper perspective.
  • Provide Shopper Insights to brief customer/channel specific retail needs in Media 2 Cart planning
  • Serve as resource on Shopper/Retailer insights for Omni Strategy Manager in Packet (Sell-In Story) development & refresh
  • Omni marketing Category/Brand contact for ; build strong stakeholder relationships (Online and B&M).
  • Collaborate with internal teams seeking and representing the voice of the Shopper (Brand, Sales, CIBA, finance, Supply) for aligned/integrated execution.
  • Manage and foster strong relationships with external agencies and partners (e.g., creative, media, retail media agencies) to drive campaign execution and innovation.
  • Communicate Omni Marketing plans, results, & insights to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Share Omni best practices across Categories and build/document processes.
  • Manage, track and optimize Omni Marketing Budgets.
  • Prep for and attend Line Reviews and T2T support.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track & analyze campaign performance; provide regular reports & insights.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend optimizations.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure ROI & identify key trends, where possible.
  • Interpret and apply insights from Marketing Mix Modeling (MMA) and other advanced analytics to inform future strategy and budget allocation.

Competitive Analysis:
  • Analyze growth strategy and priorities within the commerce landscape
  • Monitor competitor activities identifying opportunities and threats.
  • Analyze competitor marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Develop competitive strategies to differentiate our products and brands.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ yearsof relevant business experience in Marketing or Sales, or advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant business experience with a focus on shopper/omnichannel marketing within the CPG industry.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive sales and grow market share
  • Experience working with retail customers
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and analyzing ROI.
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing principles and best practices.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Nice to have: experience with e-commerce marketing, including SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Nice to have: Retail media planning & execution, experience with AI/Agentic technology integration
  • You are strongly curious and a self-starter who is both resourceful and scrappy.
  • You have Omni Marketing knowledge and can integrate shopper marketing efforts across online/offline channels in effort to create a seamless customer experience.
  • You possess retailer-specific knowledge and are building an understanding of assigned retailer/channel's marketing programs, platforms, and customer base.
  • You love to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • You're a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and can present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • You are collaborative and have an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You're known for excellent Project/Budget Management and can manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI.
  • You are leaning into data-driven targeting/marketing and on understanding marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • You have basic familiarity with retailer-specific marketing platforms and provide some input into annual JBP negotiation (Retail Media Networks).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-time on-site position in Racine office.
  • Occasional travel may be required to visit [Customer] headquarters, attend industry events, and meet with vendors. (10-20%)
  • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.
  • This position is eligible for domestic relocation.
