Cyber Security Analyst (Information Technology)

Sierra7, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to join our team and work with the Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture Blood Establishment Computer Software (VBECS) team for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). In this position, the analyst would assist the team in maintaining documentation, specifically in regards to POAMs, security controls, and eMASS functionality. The analyst will be instrumental in VBECS ATO.

Position Responsibilities:
Maintain and ensure compliance on all VBECS security controls via eMASS
Attend all VA meetings to capture change requests and provide inputs when required
Update, maintain, and closeout POAMs related to VBECS product
Focal point for security system audits and all required ATO actions
Document all changes to applications and adhere to FDA regulations
Act as VBECS system steward for eMASS and security packaging
Analyze areas for process improvement and identify technical solutions
