Data Entry Pharmacy Technician- Mid Shift (Healthcare)

Responsibilities:
Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry ManagerAnswer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiriesHandle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely mannerTriage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.Clarify orders as needed.
Qualifications:
Active OH Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed.Previous experience in pharmacy.LTC pharmacy experience preferred.Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Moderate to advanced computer skills required.Great telephone etiquette a must.Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule:Monday - Friday 11am-7:30pm & Every Other Weekend
