Sr IT Engineer for Honeywell International, Inc. in Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities:
Design, construct, and maintain the systems and architecture for collecting, processing, and storing data.
Responsibilities include database management, ETL (extract, transform, load) processes, and ensuring data quality and integrity.
Work with HRS business unit within the CORP strategic business group.
Support Honeywell strategic people analytics initiatives.
Coordinate with predictive analytics team for forecasting, modeling, and prescriptive analytics to optimize processes.
Responsible for E2E to deploy the object and deliver the project on time.

Location: Charlotte, NC
40 hours/week

YOU MUST HAVE:
Qualified applicant will possess a Bachelor's degree* or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 12 years of related engineering experience. Must possess 8 years of experience in the following: programming languages, including Python, SQL; knowledge of BI tools, including Tableau; cloud platforms, including AWS or Azure; strong analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing data workflows; collaborating with developers and manager; stakeholder management; and agile methodology. *In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept two years of employment experience. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.Additional Information
