Embassy Suites Napa Valley Hotel is a mile from Downtown and within eight miles of a plethora of local wineries. Our all-suite hotel is surrounded by landscaped grounds featuring California redwoods, rose gardens, and resident wildlife. We offer a complimentary made-to-order breakfast and evening cocktail reception.
Currently in the final stages of a major renovation and rebranding to Curio Collection by Hilton in early 2026. We are redefining Napa hospitality bringing authentic, distinctive programming on-property. Our 7-acre resort will include refined interiors, a luxurious spa, open-air courtyard, meditation gardens and exceptional culinary experiences.
We are looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our team!
- Supervises and oversees bar operations
- Ensuring that all bar stations and bar operations are maintained according to standards.
- Serves beverages and/ or food to guests in friendly
- Courteous and timely manner
- Prepares beverage for other servers to supply guests and acts as cashier.
- Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.

The hourly rate for this position is $225.00-$25.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. #LI-JL2
