Construction Superintendent (Finance)

Your Role:
• Ability to plan, support and supervise work crews for performance of heavy civil construction activities.
• Responsible for the full-time onsite management of subcontractors and personnel.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety and quality requirements, schedules, plans, specifications, etc.
• Monitor the status and progress of field activities and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within the project budget.
• Coordinate work activities and ensure all personnel adhere to the administrative and technical requirements of the project.
• Maintain effective communications with clients, subcontractors, and the Project Manager.
• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
• Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
• Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
• Additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of experience in heavy civil construction.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER training.
• Certifications or licenses are a plus.
• Prior supervisory and foreman experience.
• Able to work in harsh weather conditions, various noise levels, stand, bend, crawl, and lift to 50 lbs.
• Valid and active driver's license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project software.
• Able to travel up to 100% of the time.

Compensation:
Pay commensurate with experience.
Pay Range: $80k-$120k
A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with federal regulations is required, along with a physical if needed.
