Branch Manager Trainee - South Cleveland Region (Finance)

Role Summary

We are looking for an aspiring Branch Manager to join our team at Third Federal. This role is ideal for Assistant Branch Managers or other people leaders looking to continue their growth in the banking industry. We will take you through an extensive training process to ensure you are set up for success from the very beginning, all while maintaining a great work/life balance. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a team based environment and have a strong aptitude for exemplary customer service.

Location: Throughout your time as a trainee, you will cycle through several branches, all within a reasonable distance/commute. Once out of training, we will partner together to determine which branch/branches are appropriate for your commute and our business needs. Our South Cleveland Region has branches in Chapel Hill/Cuyahoga Falls, Fairlawn, Medina, Brunswick, and more. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, coach, train, and manage performance of branch staff
  • Ensure branch operational integrity and compliance in all branch policies and procedures
  • Provide consistent quality customer service to both internal and external customers that meet or exceeds established standards
  • Ensure that team members exceed customer satisfaction expectations and demonstrate Third Federal's values
  • Participate in branch functions and community activities to promote bank's image and growth
  • Responsible for communicating and implementing changes to policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned or requested

 Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred
  • 3+ years of recent experience effectively managing a retail team
  • Banking experience preferred, ideally inclusive of home equity line/loan and mortgage loan applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop associates
  • Proven track record in meeting multiple objectives and deadlines
  • Strong PC skills including Word and Excel
