Director, NCP Development (Finance)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team to work with our field, marketing, and product stakeholders to create and implement strategies to help NVIDIA Cloud Partners grow successfully around the world. Will require extensive coordination of multiple teams within NVIDIA to maintain an aligned program that incorporates multiple streams of internal work around the NVIDIA hardware reference architecture, software stacks, services, incentive programs, financing, training, events, and relevant ecosystem collaborations! Additionally, candidate will need to work with NVIDIA Sovereign AI, Telco teams, GSI's, and Enterprise AI Factory teams to create synergy with NCPs in each region that results in regional NCP growth. Success is measured by engagement level of the NCPs with the program elements, and NCP infrastructure utilization rates that drive additional infrastructure expansion!

What you'll be doing:

Coordinate NCP Reference Architecture workstream:

  • Collaborate with NPN team, OEM teams, SA, HW, and SW teams to help create a comprehensive blueprint that enables NCP's to easily plan and deploy latest NVIDIA architecture at scale at SOL.
  • Maintain a tracking and validation process to ensure deployments meet requirements.
  • Train NVIDIA field teams on positioning the value proposition of building with NVIDIA NCP RA and why developers and end-customers should prefer NVIDIA NCP's that utilize the NVIDIA RA (hw & sw) and services end-to-end.

Continuous improvement of Tracking and Reporting:
  • Enhance regional CSP/MSP reporting and tracking by working with operations, BU, PM, finance, and field teams.
  • Capture feedback from field teams and existing NPN CSP partners on purchase challenges and reporting.
  • Build and maintain a tracker for JHH with monthly updates for alignment across the organization.

Regional Team Alignment and Revenue goal attainment:
  • Work and train regional teams, IPBM, and regional channel teams to engage NCPs, and expand usage.
  • Support regional events (such as regional GTC) with dedicated NCP sessions and events.
  • Coordinate with marketing to optimize marketing budget spend on NCP growth activities to grow NVIDIA revenue.
  • Track and measure revenue around offerings with AI Consultant partners (GSI's, SDP's) and build best practices exemplifying how to drive NCP utilization in each region.
  • Build and have regular reviews with regional account managers on strategy to achieve both sell-in revenue attainment and consumption (off-take) revenue growth.

Create program to include emerging GPU aggregators, Datacenter builders, and Mechanical datacenter ecosystem partners:
  • Build a program to better align with AI builders coordinating with the DGX product team covering data center builders and operators so that future data centers are ready for NVIDIA technologies.
  • Build strategic partnerships and capture field and partner feedback for program improvement.
  • Increase communications with existing partners and expand relevant marketing materials.

What we need to see:

  • 15+ overall year of experience driving business development of networking datacenter products.
  • 5+ years of experience managing an organization.
  • Conversant in high-level architecture of AI clusters including all compute, networking, storage and rack level technologies, and software stacks required to operate as a cloud or single-tenant cluster for training and inferencing.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge and relationships with software ecosystem partners relevant to operating cloud environments.
  • Deep understanding of neo-cloud AI infrastructure business models, leading companies in this area, and the ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of cloud operations and workflows and tools related to the use of NCP infrastructure.
  • Experience in managing cloud partner programs.
  • Increase communications with existing partners and expand relevant marketing materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective and influential executive-level relationships with AI cloud company decision makers.

The cash compensation range is 288,000 USD - 488,750 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
