Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Event Registration and Audience Manager to join our team and ensure a seamless registration process and exceptional audience experience. This role requires a senior, experienced expert in registration and systems management, leading a large cross functional team, collaborating with multiple key stakeholders, all while managing multiple projects at the same time.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the attendee registration strategy, including the creation and management of registration forms, processes, and communication plans.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote registration and ensure maximum attendance.

• Oversee the setup and maintenance of the registration platform, including troubleshooting any technical issues. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the registration system.

• Create and implement audience engagement strategies to enhance the attendee experience before, during, and after the conference.

• Manage audience segmentation and tailored communication plans to cater to different attendee groups.

• Coordinate with the event production team to design audience flow, seating arrangements, and access control.

• Address and resolve attendee inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

• Monitor and analyze registration data to track trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on key metrics.

• Provide regular updates to senior management on registration status, audience demographics, and engagement levels.

• Conduct post-event analysis to assess the success of registration and audience management strategies and make recommendations for future improvements

• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, customer support, and IT, to ensure a cohesive approach to event registration and audience management.

• Liaise with external vendors and partners, such as registration platform providers and event logistics companies, to ensure seamless execution.

Professional Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in event registration and audience management, preferably for large-scale conferences or corporate events (10,000+ attendees)

• Proficiency in event registration platforms (e.g., Cvent, Rain Focus, Eventbrite) and CRM systems.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours as required by event schedules

Education:

• While possessing a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Admin (or related field) is preferred, HPE may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S. -based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $130,500.00 - $300,000.00
